Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds: Unless stated otherwise, all of our products carry a 21-day return policy. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 21 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, UNLESS the item is damaged or defective and as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received.
Exchanges: If your unused gems need a little swaparoo for a different size, color, or style, you've got 21 days to make the switch. After your items are sent back to us, we'll start a fresh order with the right pieces. Shipping costs? On you, superstar! Just make sure those items are unwashed, unworn, and tag-tastic.
